It is all latex manufacturers’ goal to Achieve testing condom by drying eletric testing method. However, due to the complexity in its technical, restrictions in testing conditions, strict testing requirements and other multiple reasons. Campared with the wet type electric testing method, the drying electric testing method is always not good enough ,so it is not be able to replace the dominance of the wet type electric testing method for long time.
