Latex Branch Guilin conference completed successfully

China Rubber Industry Association Latex Branch holds a communication working conference between directors from each member company, in Guilin Latex Factory on 24th, June 2011. The conference aims at enhancing the experience communication on company’s mechanism reformation, management innovation, and company culture. Mr. Tao, factory director of Guilin latex factory, makes a speech. He shares the experiences of overcoming difficulties in the financial crisis and benefiting from reformation and innovation. Mr. Tao says that the factory plans to extend the product chain. He also says that “Every man has his strong and weak points.” He hopes everybody enhances communication and promotes mutual development. By the invitation of the association, Guilin Golden Eagle Latex Technology Co., Ltd. also dispatches a representative to attend the conference. The representative distributes some catalogues during the conference, which deepens everybody’s understanding of our company.

After the conference, Mr. Jiang, general engineer of Guilin Latex Factory shows everybody around the condom and glove production lines, product packing rooms, laboratories, and let everybody get a understanding with a series of process flow. Everybody praises the factory’s advanced management mechanism and production technology.

Our company spent only 3 months of efforts in completion of the factory’s L02# high efficiency multi-functional coating surgical glove production line in 2009; and we also finishes in sequence the technology reformation of both its L01# surgical glove production line, and its post vulcanization of its condom production line. We make our contribution for today’s development for Guilin Latex Factory.
