Four double-mould glove production lines to be built in Haikou City, Hainan Province

The construction of four double-mould glove production lines, a joint venture project built by China Hainan Rubber Industry Group Co., LTD. and Malaysia TITI Latex Group, begins smoothly in Haikou City. Mr. Huarong Cao, the general manger of Guilin Golden Eagle Latex Technology Co., Ltd., personally leads more than 30 project technicians and is working hard with the personnel in the construction yard, in order to finish two lines by the middle of December, and to complete totally anther two lines by January, 2010.

All the process of this project adopts Malaysia equipments and process technology and equips double-mould structure. The hand amount of one double-mould glove production line is equal to two single-mould glove production line. The chain linear velocity is 27 meter per minute. The capacity of examination glove is 775,000 pcs per 24 hours.
