Great achievement in condom production post processing equipment transformation

In addition, we designed and manufactured at the same time the white carbon black agent recycling device as a supporting apparatus for the purpose of reducing consumption. With this device, only 1/3 of the original amount of white carbon black agent is consumed. 

After finishing the technology upgrading mentioned above of the post processing equipment for condom production, our company puts the project on trial in Guilin Latex Factory. The effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is remarkable. It has been well accepted and will be widely promoted. Note：The normal production steam pressure is 0.5Mpa. Every batch of products, about 5000 pieces, costs 20 minutes. Cool it below 45 degree centigrade.
