Technology renovation Project starts this month in Shanghai Latex Factory

The condom production post vulcanization transformation project, which our company has contracted to build, will be launched on 16th, March. The new equipment is scheduled to be installed by late April, and all remaining work is to be completed by early May.

There will be three big differences after transformation as follows:

1. The intensity of labour is decreased by 50%. The working environment is improved a lot mainly with the dust and steam greatly reduced.

2. Equipped with the newest system of raw material recycling and reusage, each single line can reduce consumption and save 60,000~80,000 RMB of cost, and 140,000RMB for two lines.

3. 10,000 tons of waste water discharge can be reduced each year.
