Guilin Latex Factory has the good sense to grasp Golden Eagle’s innovation results

Based on scientific development view of energy conservation and emission reduction, the rubber condom three in one new generation of the vulcanizing machine and the release agent recycling device, which are designed and manufactured under our company’s self-directed innovation, have not only greatly raised the heat efficiency of the vulcanizing machine and saved up to 50% of the energy consumption, but also saved up to two-thirds of the consumption of the release agent for condom post vulcanization. The effects are remarkable.

As a large-scale latex product manufacturer in China, Guilin latex factory has a good sense to grasp the opportunity and win the priority to cooperate with Golden Eagle on technology renovation project. There are currently eight condom production lines in this factory. In the last few days, two companies signed the first phase contract for condom production post vulcanizing technology renovation of two condom production lines, in which the manufacturing and installation for 8 sets of three in one vulcanizing machine and 1 set of release agent recycling device are included. The project is scheduled for smooth completion and to be put into use by the end of this year.

After renovation, the consumption of white carbon black will cut down from original 3~3.5kgs per 10,000 condoms to 1~1.2kgs per 10,000 condoms. Calculated by 80 million condoms of total annual output, 17,600kgs of white carbon black can be saved a year. Calculated by RMB 6 per kilogram, RBM 105,600 can be saved a year for one line. In the meanwhile, the consumption of steam will also drop from original 110kgs per 10,000 condoms to 51kgs per 10,000 condoms. 472 tons of steam can be saved a year for one line. Calculated by RMB150 per ton, RMB70, 800 can be saved a year. That’s to say, these two items alone can directly bring RMB176, 400 of economic benefits from energy conservation and consumption reduction. In addition, the equipment level of the factory will be greatly upgraded. The labour strength of workers will be eased. Considerable economic benefits will be gained for the factory.
