Military Special Glove Line Completion, Another Grerat Success between Guilin Golden Eagle and Guilin Zizhu!

At 10:50 AM on October 16, 2017, the completion ribbon cutting ceremony of the military special glove production line was held in Guilin Zizhu latex products Co., Ltd. Our general manager Mr. Huarong Cao as the representative of design and construction was invited to attend and make a speech. 

At the beginning of the military special glove project, we immediately attached great significance to the project requirement with high standardizationt, high intelligence and high technology. We appointed at earliest possible time a batch of senior technical backbone and design elite to join the project research team. The project engineer from both sides conducted field visits, and research on our other types of glove production line projects under construction, and held in-depth discussions and raced against the clock to carry out a painstaking research with great concentration on the existing types of glove production line, eventually overcome the technical bottleneck one after another. 

The project lasted for half a year from design to the floor construction, and in early June, 2017 smoothly and officially entered the construction phase. During more than 4 month construction period, besides our elite team’s hard work, the active cooperation from leaders of all levels and staff of various departments from Guilin Zizhu latex products Co., Ltd., ensure that the project construction work can be carried out in a smooth and orderly way.

The military special glove production equipment we designed is in the lead in China, helps Guilin Zizhu latex products Co., Ltd. achieve multiple objectives of reducing labor cost and improving the capacity under the premise of ensuring single product with high quality. This really contributes to the transformation for military special glove production from the traditional manual work with high energy consumption, low yield to intelligence with low energy consumption and high output.
