The process of Turning over and Latex Evenly-drying in latex dipping and forming in condom production, will directly affect the latex film well-distribution. When the moulds finish dipping the latex, due to the latex flowing , there will be a drop of latex in the head. If this drop of latex is not evenly dispersed, it will cause obvious traces on the condom film. Then the latex film will incline when flushed with water, and will descend the condom bursting performance. The conventional condom production line with vertical turnover drying adopts the way that after the mould dipping the latex, when the sprocket wheel steering, add the rack gear and force the cranking model, so as to make the latex film evenly dispersed. This kind of turn-over method is difficult to make the latex film dispersed well because the time for the moulds to rotate is short, the rotation concentricity is not good, the coordination adjusting for the same rack is difficult, and especially the mould angle is inconsistent and etc for other reasons. The better turn-over method shall be that after finishing dipping latex, the moulds should uniformly and concentrically rotate enough time with a certain angel to make the latex film evenly spread both in vertical and horizontal direction.

Condom Production Line with Vertical Dipping and Horizontal Turnover Evenly-Drying, designed and fabricated by Golden Eagle, due to its unique mould connection design and advanced track processing technology, has perfectly solved the turnover evenly-drying process problems and higly improved the condom quality uniformity.
