Guilin Golden Eagle helps Dalian latex environmental protection relocation

Dalian latex Co., Ltd. has established for more than fifty years, and achieved remarkable results in latex industry has grown into a importan role in industry. In the urbanization development nowadays, the environmental protection requirement is more and more strict, the development of companies located in urban has been greatly restricted, and the reformation of plant layout, technical upgrading of equipment can not be carried out.

In 2015, Dalian latex decided to carry out environmental protection relocation,with the support of the Dalian municipal government, and has upgraded from the construction of the plant layout and process equipment.During this process, Golden Eagle was invited to participate whole course in the design of process equipment and plant layout of Dalian latex’s new plant, and provide the latest and most advanced equipment technical help in latex industry to help the company with second leap.

After more than one year of discussion and design of the program, In February 2017, Golden Eagle officially sent the elite equipment technicians to enter the field and install the equipment. Over the past more than half a year, Golden Eagle staff are intensively and carefully work out well. Several new technology are applied on three condom production line and one medical glove production line. The trial production will be carried out in August 2017.
      
Dalian latex’s new factory will lead the industry’s technology progress, and Dalian latex will also take wings and get a leap again.
