Automatic and All Intelligent Condom Feeding Packing Machine

      In order to promote the condom industry technology progress,achieve condom production process fully automated, and resolve heavy work from condom packing, Guilin Goldern Eagle Technology Co. Ltd reserch and developed Automatic and All Intelligent Condom Feeding Packing Machine.

      Thanks to the ognization and supports from Guangdong Fitone Latex Products Co., Ltd, after 3 years' reserch, we produced 50 sets Automatic and All Intelligent Condom Feeding Packing Machine as prototype for Fiton to use. After 2 years' test, while constantly improving, we developed fully automatic, intelligent feeding and accurately delivering Condom Packing Machine. It is reliable stable and  effective, which completely rewrote the history of packing by putting condoms by hand.

      One person can charge 2-3 sets of fully automatic packing machine, and one person can finish 60000 to 90000 condoms' packing in 8 hours.Effectiveness improved 2-3 times than before. Caculated in three shifts, one packing machine can save 45000-60000 yuan labor wages in 1 year.

      Due to packing machine itself and operation workers' causes, generally rates of skip package, empty package and broken package is about 1%-2%. calculate by 1 machine in 1 shift, skip package, empty package and broken package is about 300, if 1 condom 0.1 yuan, each set of packing machine will loss 27000 yuan one year because of skip package, empty package and broken package(calculate by 3 shifts 300 days). Our new packing machine's  skip package, empty package and broken package rate is only below 2 out of 10000, significantly reduced the rate of skip package, empty package and broken package.

      Our packing machine don not need workers putting condoms into the machine, avoid workers' direct touth with products, which greatly reduced the possibility of product contamination, and it deliver to the  position more accurate, improved products' quality.
