Technical characteristics
ST100:
1. With advanced glove production technology and process layout, and above 99% of the product passing rate. The protein content is below 120micrograms per gram.
2. TPU coating technology.
3. With imported surfactant and coagulant to make the latex filming more even, and the demoulding without powder.
4. With imported advanced driving transmission and main chain structure, low chain operational resistance. Running smoothly and steadily in production at high speed.
5. Driven by only one main electric motor. Solved such problems as much dragging, not easy to run in synch, much breakdown and difficult maintenance etc.
6. Vertical hot wind circulation is adopted in drying oven. It saves near 20% of the energy compared with the other types of hot wind circulation.
7. Roller long brush cleaning technology to wash the fingers of the mould.
8. With technology of mould orientation and coding on machine.
9. Automatic beading adjusting, PU beading roller with long service life.
10. ST67 is mainly to be imported for its short and small performance.
11. Types with different length, running speed can be designed according to the client’s need. The running speed can reach 22m per minute.
